Security measures of hydrostatic pressure testing machine

Hydrostatic testing machine is mainly used for all kinds of downhole tools, oil tree, wellhead protection devices, fittings, valves and other water pressure test. Equipment, start, run, hold pressure, unloading, shutdown, data acquisition and storage operations can be remotely controlled by the computer.

Safety of equipment operating environment

1. Water pressure test system by the computer remote control, to achieve high pressure area (no one) and the control area (some) completely isolated. 

2. The pressure test condition is observed by the purchaser's existing surveillance system.

3. Water pressure test system with overpressure, leakage and other dangerous status alarm and automatically terminate the test function.

4. In case of emergency, test can be terminated at any time (set emergency stop button).

5. The system should be equipped with manual relief valve, in case of emergency need to pressure relief or filter can not be depressed when the manual pressure relief valve.

6. The system has a power-down protection function, the system automatically after the power failure, stop the test, the maximum guarantee of the safety of operators and equipment.
